Deadline Approaching
As part of an ongoing effort to improve efficiency and provide faster, more reliable communication, The CNA Registry now requires a current personal email address to be on file to ensure receipt of all future communications, updates, and important alerts.
- Mailing of hardcopy forms, letters, or certification cards is being phased out.
- All future correspondence will be provided via the web portal or electronically via email.
- CNA Providers can update email addresses by visiting mmis.georgia.gov. Once there, click the “Nurse Aide/Medication Aide” tab; then click the “Change of Personal Information” link.
- Updates should be submitted via the portal before August 30, 2025
